Hi, I’m Dennis — I opened Urban Consignment and Boutique four months ago because I love finding a good piece a second home, and I wanted to give our Holladay neighbors an easy, fair way to sell what they no longer need. Every piece on our floor has a story, and I’d love to help yours find its next one too.

Bring it in
Drop off furniture, home decor, clothing, shoes, purses, or jewelry — no appointment needed for most items.

We price it
Our team prices each piece to sell, drawing on what similar items have moved for in-store and online.
- 03
It sells
Your piece goes on the floor and online. New arrivals get featured to our regular customers and followers.
- 04
You get paid
Once it sells, we split the proceeds 50/50 — no upfront consignment fee, ever.

The 50/50 split applies to consigned items. New furniture is sold directly, not split.
Shipping & Furniture
- Small items ship anywhere in the U.S. via flat-rate USPS boxes, or pick up in-store for free.
- Furniture doesn’t ship standard — we deliver purchased furniture for a fee based on load size.
- Consigning a furniture piece? We offer pickup for larger loads for a fee, typically starting around $100 depending on how much you have.
Returns
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions beforehand.
