Terms of Service

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review item photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and reach out to us with any questions before you buy.

• Bringing in an item for consignment does not guarantee we will accept it. We evaluate each piece and reserve the right to decline items that don’t fit our floor or are not in sellable condition.
• Once accepted, we price each item at our discretion, drawing on comparable sales in-store and online.
• When a consigned item sells, proceeds are split 50/50 between Urban Consignment and Boutique and the consignor, with no upfront consignment fee.
• We do not guarantee that a consigned item will sell within any particular time frame. Unsold items may be returned to the consignor, donated, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion after a reasonable period — ask our team for current details on pickup windows for your item.

• Small items ship within the U.S. via flat-rate USPS boxes, or may be picked up in-store for free.
• Furniture does not ship via standard mail — purchased furniture delivery is arranged separately for a fee based on load size.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every item, especially secondhand pieces, which may show signs of prior wear. If you have questions about an item’s condition, contact us before purchasing.

All content on this website — including text, photos, and the Urban Consignment and Boutique name and logo — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Consignment and Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
